Q: Are your products new or used?

A: All our toys are genuine, brand new and come along with the original box and instructions.

Q: Is there a warranty?

A: Yes, your satisfaction is guaranteed! If you’re not happy with our products for any reason, please contact info@armogear.com with your order # and you’ll get a free replacement or your money back for up to 90 days since your purchase.

 

Q: What type of payments do you accept?

A: ArmoGear accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal.

Q: Do I have to pay tax?

A: All items shipped within the state of New York will be charged 8.875% sales tax. Sales tax is not applicable on orders shipped anywhere outside of New York.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

A: Domestic orders (USA orders) are generally shipped within 1 business day. Orders received and processed before noon EST will ship out the same day. You will receive your order 1-6 business days from the day it was shipped. You’ll also receive an email with a tracking number so you can see when it will arrive.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: As of now we only ship within the US (Hawaii included). To get an ArmoGear product in Canada or Europe please purchase from Amazon.co.uk. Please don’t hesitate to contact us regarding any concern at info@armogear.com.
